The scope of work for this project consists of the mechanical design of a Boeing 737-900ER Hangar that is intended to provide maintenance support spaces and Office spaces. Complete mechanical and fire protection systems of the Aircraft Maintenance Hangar, and site utility infrastructure are designed under the scope of this project.

Water distribution and sewer collection system designs of Kabul LSA. The systems are designed for an occupation of 1500 people in total. Water wells, water storage tanks, booster pumps are designed together with the water distribution system. Sewer is collected by gravity sewer lines. Lift stations are designed for some locations where gravity sewer collection is impossible to pressurize the sewer. All sewer water is routed to a sewer collection tank.

An assessment of the existing water distribution system and existing sewer collection system is performed. Fuel storage and supply system is designed for the generators located on the site.

The project consits of designing various improvements and expansions to the Bagram Airfield utility network. Utility service is provided to eastern expansion zone. The design include; an expansion to existing water treatment plant, new water wells, 12.000 meters water distribution piping, 6000 meters gravity sewer piping, 2200 meters sanitary force main piping and sanitary lift stations. Also the project includes the connection of 13 existing facilities to the base utility (water and sewer) network.

The project consists of the design, site adaptation and construction of new permanent facilities for the Garrison Support Kandak (GSK) and Special Mission Wing (SMW) Headquarters. Complete HVAC and plumbing systems of Headquarters, Barracks, Maintenance Buildings, Clinic Building, Hangars etc. were designed by producing special solutions for different types of the buildings. An assessment of the existing water distribution system and existing sewer collection system is performed to determine a new water and sewer system will be designed for the buildings or not. The new water wells, elevated water storage tanks and sewer system with lift stations are designed as a consequence of that assessment reports.

Industrial kitchen exhaust systems are designed for the kitchen areas. Soft water systems, water heaters, circulation pumps and water distribution lines are designed for the building in scope of the plumbing work.
